COMMUNITY ADVISORY GROUP

Wooden peg dolls in beige and red colors.

Why do we have an Advisory Group?

The Community Advisory Group supported community involvement in this long-term planning effort by bringing together diverse perspectives and local knowledge. Members provided valuable feedback throughout the planning process and helped ensure a range of community viewpoints were considered as the Stehekin Community Plan was developed.

WHAT waS THE ROLE OF THE ADVISORY GROUP?

The Advisory Group served in an advisory capacity throughout the planning process. Members reviewed project materials, discussed key issues, shared community perspectives, and provided feedback for the project team's consideration. The Advisory Group was not responsible for making decisions or approving the plan.

WHO PARTICIPATED?

The Advisory Group included representatives from a variety of stakeholder interests and community perspectives. Bringing together individuals with different experiences and viewpoints helped inform discussions throughout the planning process.
