The project has moved into the draft review phase, with several upcoming opportunities to get involved:

  • Early May – Draft plan shared with the broader community
  • Mid-May – Community meeting to present the draft and discuss next steps
  • Summer 2026 – Additional public input opportunities during the SEPA review process

We encourage community members to stay engaged and share feedback during these upcoming phases.

Zoning Update

The project team has been working to refine and improve the accuracy of zoning and parcel data, including correcting discrepancies identified in earlier mapping. At the same time, the Advisory Group and project team have continued discussions about potential zoning approaches that could support the mission, vision, and goals of the Community Plan.

As this work moves forward, additional analysis and information will be developed to help better understand the implications of different zoning options and support future decision-making.
